Quick start - migrate from AWStats

1. *Set up Matomo* - install the self-hosted version from Matomo.
2. *Create your site* - add your website in Matomo to get its Site ID.
3. *Import your logs* - use the log importer to process your existing server logs.
4. *Keep it simple* - continue with periodic log imports, or optionally switch to the JS tracker later.
